Magnetizing Coil
Magnetizing induction coil
Magnetizing coils are widely used in motor magnets and wherever magnetization of a magnet is required. The capacitor is first charged with an extremely high voltage (i.e. energy storage) and then the energy is released through an induction coil with a very low resistance.
When the magnetizing system is working, the peak value of the pulse current is very high, the current pulse generates a strong magnetic field in the magnetizing coil, and its high energy can magnetize the magnetic material in the magnetizing coil, and the peak value of the discharge pulse current is as high as 20-60ka ampere.
