The latest micro-miniature magnetic field sensing devices are ideal for measuring tiny magnetic components, with a very small sensing volume of 10 um x 10 um x 10 um, a magnetic sensor that is an order of magnitude smaller than any commercial product. This metrology system can measure fluctuating magnetic fields with 3D positioning accuracy, with a minimum magnetic field resolution higher than 5 μT. The measuring system is certified by a laboratory accredited for traceable calibration (SENIS) and its performance is verified using electromagnets (NMI) provided by the German National Metrology Office PTB.
