SENIS® 3DHALL Magnetic Sensor. The SENM3Dx is a CMOS magnetic field sensor that simultaneously measures three magnetic field components (Bx, By and Bz) at the same location. Contains three sets of mutually orthogonal Hall effect elements (one horizontal and two vertical), each set of elements contains a bias circuit and an amplifier.

This magnetic Hall element is very lightweight, with an extremely small area of about 100 x 100 μm 2 , which allows the sensor to have very high spatial resolution, and the applied CMOS technology can achieve high precision in the fabrication of vertical and horizontal Hall elements . The application of spin current in Hall element technology significantly suppresses low frequency noise offset and planar skin effect, the sensor provides high bandwidth from DC to 300kHz, and the built-in temperature sensor can detect the temperature inside the chip
